The Garden
Chef Seamus doubles as a passionate farmer: cultivating and preserving as many the ingredients that you will see on your table as possible. Ingredients that aren't grown in his garden in Bernardsville are often sustainably foraged from the forests and waterways of New Jersey. You will be enjoying food that has been intentionally created start to finish, and sourced as locally as possible.
